Gymmaster App

We are happy to welcome you to the IGNITE Fitness member community! Our members use an free mobile app called “GymMaster Member App” for membership plans and billing, gym access, vacations, and more- available 24/7 right on your mobile device. 

The app is available for most iOs (Apple iPhone) and Android devices. 

 


If you need assistance installing the app on your phone, you can contact a member of our staff during staffed gym hours.

Memberships

Unfortunately we don’t offer group fitness classes at IGNITE Fitness in New Paltz, NY at this time. But our neighbors right next door at Soul Tribe do- please contact them for more information!

Yes we do! Any active Military or Veteran, first responder or member of the law enforcement community is eligible for a discount when they provide valid ID. Call, stop in, or contact us to get more information about all about our discount options.

If you want to cancel your IGNITE Fitness membership for any reason, we’ll be sorry to see you go! You easily can do soanytime via the Member Portal on our website or in the GymMaster app on your mobile device

Desktop: 

  1. Log in to your Member Portal. 
  2. Under “Account”, click “Cancel Membership”, and follow the prompts on the page.

App:

  1. Open your GymMaster app and click on the menu button (three white lines) in the top left corner and click “Portal”.
  2. Under “Account”, click “Cancel Membership”, and follow the prompts.

Changing your IGNITE Fitness account password is easy and can be done anytime via our website’s Member Portal or via the GymMaster App on your mobile device.

Desktop & App:

  1. Log in to your Member Portal or open your GymMaster App.
  2. Under the “Log In” button, please click “Forgot Password” to reset/set your password

Paying any outstanding balance on your IGNITE Fitness membership is quick and easy. You can do so 24/7 via the Member Portal on our website or in the GymMaster app on your mobile device.

To Pay on Desktop:

  • Log in to your Member Portal.
  • Click “Purchase”
  • click the “Pay Outstanding Balance” link to pay any balances you may have

Please Note: If your payment is not going through or you are getting an error, you may want to update or re-enter your billing information by selecting the “Update Billing Information” link and then try again.

Pay via the App:

  • Open your GymMaster app
  • click on the menu button (three white lines) in the top left corner
  • click “Portal”.
  • Under “Purchase”, select “Pay Outstanding Balance”.
  • Select the amount you would like to pay, and then hit submit

If you need to update your personal or billing information, you can do so by speaking with any of our staff during regular staffed hours at the gym, or anytime via the Member Portal on our website or in the GymMaster app on your mobile device.

Desktop: 

  1. Log in to your Member Portal. 
  2. Under “Account”, select “Update Billing Info”, then select “Proceed to add payment details”.

App:

  1. Open your GymMaster app and click on the menu button (three white lines) in the top left corner and click “Portal”.
  2. Under “Account”, select “Update Billing Info”, then select “Proceed to add payment details”.

If you know you are going to be away for a period of time, Monthly or 12-Month IGNITE Fitness members can easily put your membership on hold FOR FREE for up to 3 months of your membership year with no fees, and automatic prorated billing.

Hold Terms: 
Minimum hold: 1 month
Maximum hold (total): 3 months per year (you can do multiple holds as long as the terms are met)
Partial months: Monthly fees will be prorated automatically.

Your membership will automatically resume at the end of your selected hold dates, or immediately upon entering the gym using your tag or phone app, whichever happens first!

Desktop:

  1. Log in to your Member Portal
  2. Next to “Membership Details”, click the “Add Hold” button
  3. select the membership you would like to put on hold, the reason, and the start and end date of the hold.

App:

  1. Open your GymMaster app
  2. Click on the menu button (three white lines) in the top left corner and click “Memberships”
  3. Click the “Add Hold” button, select the membership you would like to put on hold, the reason, and the start and end date of the hold.

Personal Training

No. Ignite Fitness does NOT allow the use of non IGNITE trainers. Additionally members may NOT train other members.

Yes, select Monthly and Annual IGNITE Fitness Members get Two Free, Private Personal Training Sessions. All our personal trainers are Hudson Valley residents and longtime members of the local fitness community, specialized to help meet a diverse range of fitness and training goals.

If you would like additional help beyond your free intro sessions, all our nationally certified trainers are available for private, 1-on-1 training and fitness consultations:

  • 1 Hour Session: $60
  • 10 Session Package: $500
  • 1/2 Hour Session: $45
  • 10 Session Package: $400

Members can schedule your sessions in our member portal, or by calling or stopping by the front desk during staffed hours. Become an IGNITE Fitness Member to schedule your first session today!

Outside of the free intro sessions, all trainers operate independently. Therefore, all payments and scheduling should be done directly with your trainer.

Scheduling a Personal training session with the IGNITE Fitness certified Personal Trainer of your choice is quick and easy:

In-Person by stopping at the front desk during staffed hours

Through the Member Portal

  • Click on blue “Booking” button
  • Select “Complimentary Intro Session”
  • Choose your preferred date, time, and trainer (if multiple trainers are available)

Through the GymMaster Member App

  • Download the app via Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Store (Android) and sign in to your account
  • On the home page tap the blue “Intro Personal Training” button
  • Select “Complimentary Intro Session”
  • Choose your preferred date, time, and trainer (if multiple trainers are available)
