What do I need to do if I have to put my membership on hold?

If you know you are going to be away for a period of time, Monthly or 12-Month IGNITE Fitness members can easily put your membership on hold FOR FREE for up to 3 months of your membership year with no fees, and automatic prorated billing.

Hold Terms: 
Minimum hold: 1 month
Maximum hold (total): 3 months per year (you can do multiple holds as long as the terms are met)
Partial months: Monthly fees will be prorated automatically.

Your membership will automatically resume at the end of your selected hold dates, or immediately upon entering the gym using your tag or phone app, whichever happens first!

Desktop:

  1. Log in to your Member Portal
  2. Next to “Membership Details”, click the “Add Hold” button
  3. select the membership you would like to put on hold, the reason, and the start and end date of the hold.

App:

  1. Open your GymMaster app
  2. Click on the menu button (three white lines) in the top left corner and click “Memberships”
  3. Click the “Add Hold” button, select the membership you would like to put on hold, the reason, and the start and end date of the hold.
