INTRO TRAINING SESSIONS
Monthly, Annual, Silver Sneakers, and Renew Active Memberships include two free, private sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

PRIVATE TRAINING RATES
If you would like additional help beyond your free intro sessions, all our nationally certified trainers are available for private training:

1 Session: $45.00 for 1 hour
10 Sessions: $40.00 for 1 hour

Outside of the free intro sessions, all trainers operate independently. Therefore, all payments and scheduling should be done directly with your trainer.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

As a courtesy to our team and other members, please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeit of your intro session. Cancellation of private sessions will incur a fee according to each trainer’s policies.
Late arrival will shorten your appointment time.
Cancellation/rescheduling requests should be submitted to your trainer directly.
Arrival fifteen minutes or more after appointment time will be considered as a “no show” and all cancellation/rescheduling policies will apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Use of non-Ignite trainers is prohibited.
Members may not train other members.
